About Maxwell

HapaSpace has been central to my professional journey. It is where I have grown from supporting communications and programme delivery into taking on responsibilities across project management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, research, entrepreneurship support and international collaboration. Through this work, I have contributed to programmes involving young people, entrepreneurs, universities, innovation hubs, development partners and public institutions in Ghana and beyond. My experience includes coordinating projects, supporting research and consultations, managing communications, working with programme data and reporting, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and helping translate ideas into practical initiatives. My interests sit at the intersection of digital inclusion, higher education, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, marketing and development. I am particularly drawn to work that brings people, institutions and ideas together to create opportunities, strengthen programmes and build systems that can deliver meaningful and lasting value.
